📋 Description Code diagnoses and procedures for ED, ASC, HAS, OBS, IP, and more. Maintain 95% productivity/quality in ICD-10-CM/PCS and HCPCS/CPT. Follow CMS, NCHS, CPT, NCCI, UHDDS guidelines. Clarify diagnoses/procedures with physicians. Abstract data from health records and document thoroughly. On-site training for 1 week or until dept expectations met. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years inpatient coding exp; or Kaiser inpatient auditor. HS diploma or GED. RHIT, Coding Specialist, or RHIA certificate. EMR experience and computer skills. Advanced ICD-10-CM/PCS and HCPCS/CPT knowledge.
