📋 Description Collaborate with Product, Tech and Trading on incidents. Provide 24/7 support to Entain's Trading teams globally. Monitor, log, and evaluate Trading Incidents. Escalate issues and assist investigations. Handle basic sportsbook and trading queries from customer teams. Night shift role; training on day shifts with office presence. 🎯 Requirements Degree level education is desirable but not essential. Clearly document and explain issues in a structured way. Summarise trading and incident information with guidance. Be accurate and thorough in completing tasks. Experience in operational, trading, or technical support desirable.
