📋 Description Evaluate new real estate opportunities; decide design feasibility quickly. Lead concept design packages, FF&E selections, and space planning. Manage external architects and engineers to ensure quality docs. Partner with Real Estate, Construction, and Operations to stay on schedule. Champion circular design and sustainability; reuse existing infrastructure. Present rapid-turnaround concepts to leadership at the IC. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in interior design or architecture with a strong portfolio. Deep understanding of construction process, costs, value engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit, and Bluebeam. Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects independently.
