Product Manager

📋 Description Own a product area: define requirements, backlog, priorities, scope, releases. Partner on technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs. Bridge users and engineers: translate readiness problems into product requirements via user research. Contribute to platform evolution: data ontology, agent orchestration, generative interfaces. Support delivery operations: reduce manual effort across contracts and deployments. Communicate clearly: demos, PRDs, cross-functional alignment. 🎯 Requirements Eligible to acquire/maintain US Security Clearance (US citizenship required) CS degree (or equivalent technical degree) 2+ years in product mgmt or software eng shipping in Agile environments Comfortable reading code, reviewing architecture, and debating tech decisions Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or SIPR/NIPR preferred 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary, equity, and performance bonus Medical, dental, vision.
