Workforce Coordinator - Melio

📋 Description Build short and long-term forecasts and keep schedules aligned to demand. Monitor live performance and adjust plans in real time to hit SLAs. Work in Zendesk and Assembled to manage workforce planning and reporting. Send weekly forecasting updates and keep documentation current for the team. Collaborate with CX leaders across NZ, US and UK to plan resourcing. 🎯 Requirements Strong analytical mindset; turn operational data into forecasts. Calm under pressure; respond quickly to live incidents. Proficient with Zendesk and workforce platforms (Assembled/Verint). Clear, direct communication with stakeholders. Experience in a customer support or contact centre environment. Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle ambiguity.
