📋 Description Own and lead delivery of Wonderful’s platform and AI agents for enterprise customers Scope requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for POCs and onboardings Coordinate platform implementation, integrations, and agent refinement toward production launches Align Product, Engineering, and customer teams on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs Track progress, manage risks, and remove blockers throughout the delivery lifecycle Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive follow-up improvements 🎯 Requirements 2-5 years in technical program management, delivery, or fast-growing startups Strong project management, organization, and communication skills Comfort with APIs, data flows, and system integrations Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex efforts moving Proactive, hands-on mindset and interest in AI-driven products Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
