📋 Description Deliver the 6–12 month capability plan with TWFP, L&D, and Head of Practice. Implement training, certification, and conference plans aligned to KPIs. Drive strategic capability transformation initiatives including Academy and ELT programmes. Define and support the EET capability strategy for onboarding and career growth. Partner with the UK E&ET team to enhance employee experience, career progression, and community contribution. Design onboarding approaches for new joiners and successful integration. 🎯 Requirements Experience in business operations, capability development, or business partnering. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Proven ability to analyse data and generate actionable performance insights. Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight. BPSS clearance eligibility required.
