📋 Description Designs, estimates, and implements solutions for medium/high complexity apps. Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle. Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities. Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC. Promotes IT industry standards and DevOps practices for high-quality software. Identifies improvements and escalates risks in development activities. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong OOP/Functional paradigms and design patterns (SOLID, GoF, MVVM). Proficient in Ruby, Rails, and RSpec. DBs/SQL knowledge; Git; testing/mocking frameworks. Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) and CI/CD practices.
