📋 Description Provide excellent resident service and assist team. Complete basic apartment turns for move-in readiness. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances. Train other maintenance techs and share skills. May assist with vendor quality and move-in/out inspections. Responsibilities vary by community needs and season. 🎯 Requirements At least 2 years of maintenance experience. Proficient in at least two trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc). Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call shifts. Reliable transportation for emergency service requests. Comfortable with physical activity moving equipment.
