📋 Description Develop clear documentation for designated Acumatica ERP areas following style guidelines. Keep documentation up to date with software releases; revise legacy content. Design and develop training courses and assessments to grow product expertise. Use AI-assisted tools to draft, restructure, edit, and review content. Collaborate with SMEs to identify user scenarios and information gaps. Review UI labels and messages for accuracy and consistency; improve standards. 🎯 Requirements A degree in English, technical writing, communications, or CS (preferred). 3+ years in technical writing, content development, or instructional design (software). Experience using AI-assisted writing, editing, or research tools. Excellent writing and English communication skills. Advanced user of content creation tools, version control, and project management (Git/Jira). Knowledge of Acumatica ERP (preferred).
