📋 Description Provide strategic oversight and leadership for multiple communities. Maintain onsite presence 4–5 days/week to support teams. Lead, coach, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams for resident experiences. Manage a portfolio including new-build and stabilized assets; adapt strategies. Oversee budgets, revenue, expenses, and financial performance. Drive leasing, occupancy, and resident satisfaction. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading large teams in sales, customer service, and asset management. Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse group. Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results. Possess general understanding of financials and budgets. Knowledge of property management systems/tools (OneSite, SmartRent, Salesforce).
