Manage PCB/PCBA docs: Gerbers, ODB++, IPC-2581, BOMs, P&P. Support test strategy: flying probe, ICT, AOI, X-ray. Apply IPC standards to defect/root cause/failure analysis. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in aerospace/defense manufacturing. Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical or Industrial Eng. PCB Design Review: schematics, layouts, stackups. DFM/DFA: panelization, drill sizes, solder mask. Altium Designer CAD tools.
