📋 Description Lead and develop a team of Community Managers & their teams. Provide exemplary service to residents and team members. Oversee the property budget, drive revenue, and achieve financial goals. Manage leasing and maintenance teams, drive leasing activities, and policy adherence. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years leading a large team in sales and customer service, ideally in property management. Proven leader with ability to mentor and coach a diverse team. Demonstrated ability using sales processes and metrics to drive results. Understanding of financials and budgets.
