📋 Description Role: ISA Transfer Specialist focused on customer service. Handle complaints and inbound/outbound customer communications. Collaborate with operations, technology, and compliance teams. Focus on AI/tech-enabled solutions to improve CX. Own training and utilization of tools (e.g., Intercom AI). Provide data insights and reporting to inform decisions. 🎯 Requirements ISA/LISA transfer experience in regulated financial services/fintech. Strong HMRC ISA regulations knowledge. Experience with Cash ISA and Lifetime ISA products. End-to-end ISA transfer management from request to completion. Clear, confident handling of customer queries. Liaising with external ISA providers and internal ops/compliance teams.
