📋 Description Design and own scalable partner enablement framework: onboarding, tracks, certs. Build tiered partner certification paths aligned to delivery standards. Serve as primary enablement contact for the services partner program. Facilitate partner enablement activities: live training, cohorts, workshops. Define partner readiness criteria; gate delivery by demonstrated competency. Author and maintain a structured enablement content repository. 🎯 Requirements BS or MSc in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, or life sciences 4+ years in enablement, training, or program management with external audiences Ability to design and build enablement programs from scratch Experience with SI, channel, or implementation partners in SaaS Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate Rise 360) and assessments (Skillable/Questionmark) KCS familiarity or knowledge practices in enablement workflows 🎁 Benefits Flexible hybrid work with on-site 3 days/week Collaborative culture across CX, Product, and Partners Inclusive, equal-opportunity employer
