📋 Description Serve as executive SME on healthcare quality regulations and compliance. Interpret evolving healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. Advise leadership on long-term compliance strategies and impacts. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and healthcare partners. Lead educational initiatives promoting regulatory awareness and compliance. Oversee enterprise quality performance review processes. 🎯 Requirements Minimum four (4) years of experience managing operational or project budgets. Minimum six (6) years of leadership experience managing direct reports. Minimum two (2) years of experience using databases, spreadsheets, or CQI tools. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a clinical setting, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field. Master's in Admin/Healthcare or related field with 8+ years QA experience; OR Bachelor's with 10+ years; OR 13+ years.
