📋 Description Owns full people-management lifecycle for direct reports. Manages multiple engineering teams delivering outcomes across scope. Ensures teams meet KPIs and staffing to deliver commitments. Develops Tech Leads in design ownership, mentorship, and delivery. Owns project management for feature development—scope, schedule, dependencies. Partners with Product and Tech Leads to align priorities and tradeoffs. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of professional software engineering experience. 3+ years in engineering management leading delivery. Experience hiring, performance reviews, and talent development. Ownership of project management for software features delivery. Technical depth to evaluate designs and estimates.
