Staff Product Manager

📋 Description Own product deployments end-to-end: vision, backlog, sprint planning, releases. Drive technical decisions with engineering: architecture, feasibility, trade-offs, standards. Bridge users and engineers: translate readiness problems into product requirements via user research. Shape platform evolution: R&D on data ontology management, agent orchestration (MCP/A2A), generative interfaces. Support delivery operations: reduce manual effort across contract types and deployment models. Communicate clearly: exec briefings, demos, PRDs, cross-functional alignment; mentor team. 🎯 Requirements US Citizen with active DoW Secret clearance (or ability to obtain quickly). CS degree or equivalent technical degree, or 1-2 years of software engineering. 6+ years of product mgmt or software engineering in agile environments. Comfortable reading code and discussing architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication. Experience with AI/ML products, defense/government tech, or SIPR/NIPR.
