PMO Analyst

📋 Description Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio data to support strategic decisions. Develop dashboards and reports to communicate project progress and metrics. Track benefits realization and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value. Coordinate milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across initiatives. Support the creation and improvement of PMO frameworks, templates, tools, and processes. Assist with scheduling, resource tracking, and project reporting. 🎯 Requirements 3-6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support. Experience in consulting, transformation, or complex project environments is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with data analysis, metrics tracking, reporting, and visualization. Proficiency with tools such as Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
