📋 Description Quickly build rapport with federal clients professionally. Manage the team's day-to-day activities, performance, and careers. Provide org development and strategy support for a new government office. Design and facilitate outcome-driven client meetings. Counsel on org development principles, strategy best practices, and processes. Identify efficiencies in organizational processes and tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years in org development, performance, or strategy. Experience advising on public safety communications programs. Able to work strategically and deliver high-quality client deliverables. Experience in strategy, consulting, business writing, meeting design, facilitation, or engagement. At least 2 years managing people including career planning, feedback, and reviews.
