Client Intake Sales Operations Manager (On-site)

📋 Description Lead and manage a 40-60 member intake team, including scheduling and resource planning. Own end-to-end intake workflow from inquiry to handoff to Sales/Legal. Maintain intake docs, define ownership, and enforce service levels. Identify bottlenecks and redesign processes to reduce response time and boost conversion. Manage CRM and intake software; build dashboards for call volume, response time, and conversions. Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Marketing to qualify, route, and follow up leads. Develop training materials, SOPs, and KPIs; support HR onboarding. Track intake metrics daily/weekly/monthly and report insights to senior leadership.
