📋 Description Design and develop self-paced eLearning courses from storyboard to final production. Create engaging content including scenarios, activities, knowledge checks, and assessments. Translate source content and SME input into learner-centered course designs. Update existing courses to reflect process changes, QA findings, and revisions. Ensure course design aligns with adult learning principles and standards. Collaborate with Content Strategists and SMEs; coordinate with the LMS admin for publishing. 🎯 Requirements Proven knowledge of eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise). Hands-on experience with ADDIE or SAM models. Translate complex content into clear self-paced learning. Familiarity with assessment design and learner evaluation techniques. LMS publishing and configuration basics.
