📋 Description Own the product-engineering org for member-facing domains. Build and scale a fast, high-trust, AI-native culture. Start as player-coach: architecture reviews, code reviews, and recruiting. Scale fintech/consumer-finance product engineering at speed. Lead org design and growth for the product-engineering domains. Collaborate on architecture and product strategy with leadership. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years engineering; 4-6 in leadership at high-growth startups. Domain: fintech/consumer finance/neobank; CX software also relevant. Former founder who scaled a consumer/fintech startup (preferred). Still hands-on: reviews PRs, architecture calls, and works with staff/engineer. Strong AI fluency at infra level; built AI-native culture. Production-scale TypeScript and/or Python; BS/BA in CS required; MS/PhD a plus.
