📋 Description Develop and expand antibody discovery platforms. Build client relationships through technical leadership and collaboration. Guide portfolio strategy and identify new technologies. Lead external marketing and industry reputation for brand awareness. Oversee lab operations, business development, and marketing alignment. Support proposals, RFPs, study plans, and cost analysis. 🎯 Requirements PhD with 7+ years or MS/MA with 12+ years in relevant field. Authorized to work in the US indefinitely without sponsorship. Experience leading cross-functional teams in antibody discovery. Antibody discovery tech: hybridoma, B-/Plasma cell isolation, V-region sequencing. Antibody engineering: humanization, germlining, CDR-scanning, affinity maturation. Molecular cloning: restriction cloning, Gibson assembly, ligation-independent cloning.
