UX Researcher

📋 Description Advocate for the voice of the user across product teams. Lead end-to-end research studies: scoping, recruitment, analysis. Frame research questions with product, design, engineering, and growth. Surface user needs and opportunities to inform roadmaps. Conduct mixed-methods research: interviews, usability tests, surveys. Synthesize findings into actionable insights for product decisions. 🎯 Requirements Active security clearance. 3+ years in UX research or related field. Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or related field. Experience designing and executing end-to-end studies (generative & evaluative).
