📋 Description Develop and execute IT strategy to scale systems with growth. Lead architecture, integration, and optimization of apps, IAM, endpoints, security. Build automation-first IT org focused on reliability and self-service. Establish standards and governance to improve security, compliance, efficiency. Own Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams. Partner with Security, Engineering, People Ops, Finance to align tech with business. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years IT leadership in high-growth tech organizations. Led IT as company grew from 200 to 500 employees. Deep hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams. Implemented and integrated third-party SaaS platforms. Strong IT architecture, IAM, endpoint mgmt, cloud security. Built automation and self-service to cut support burden. Balance strategic planning with technical execution. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ability to obtain security clearance. 🎁 Benefits Distributed and hybrid work across geographies.
