📋 Description Support and manage operations across sites. Lead on-site service teams to meet KPIs (turn times, expenses, CSAT). Ensure timely, cross-level communication with leadership and teams. Daily site inspections; monitor service teams and vendors; implement improvements. Administer cost-effective property maintenance aligned with budgets; benchmark costs and pursue savings. Develop talent pipelines for Service Managers and Technicians via training. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or business, or equivalent. 6+ years in property maintenance management; knowledge of facilities management and budgeting. Strong logistical planning, time management, and prioritization. Proven ability to lead and influence teams to achieve goals. Knowledge of construction systems, building HVAC/automation, energy conservation. Mentor and develop service teams; ability to travel across locations. 🎁 Benefits Base salary $110,000-$120,000, plus target annual bonus. 25% discounted rent at AIR Communities.
