📋 Description Be part of a cross-functional global team supporting infra and product engineering. Drive ServiceNow implementation: config, workflow, and custom dev. Integrate enterprise apps via Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs. Document current environment and keep articles up to date. Mentor teammates and uphold development standards. Ensure service availability according to SLAs as part of on-duty team. 🎯 Requirements Deep ServiceNow knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, CSM; config and apps. Advanced scripting: JavaScript (Glide), HTML, CSS, AngularJS; REST/SOAP. Integration/automation: Flow Designer and IntegrationHub. ITIL, Agile, DevOps; CI/CD and automated testing. Analytical/problem-solving; translate needs into solutions. Communication and leadership; mentor juniors; clear docs.
