Veterinary Hospital Area Manager

📋 Description Lead operations across multiple veterinary hospitals to drive growth and compliance. Onsite 4 days/week; occasional evenings/weekends. Coach hospital leadership and uphold Lakefield policies and culture. Develop market plans to grow client acquisition, retention, and visits. Balance patient care quality with scheduling, throughput, and profitability. Partner with recruiting to staff hospitals and align with clinical standards. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of multi-site operations management in veterinary/healthcare. Experience driving growth and enforcing compliance in regulated environments. OSHA knowledge and healthcare documentation; veterinary experience preferred. Experience with practice management systems; ezyVet a plus. Data-driven with Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
