📋 Description Own and scale our internal AI talent acquisition platform. Build automated pipelines for sourcing, screening, and evals with LLMs. Design AI-conducted interviews and structured screening flows. Integrate ATS, scheduling, and comms to minimize human touch. Own end-to-end architecture, data models, prompts, and eval design. Work side-by-side with the CEO's office and talent team daily. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of software engineering with production systems you own. Strong applied AI/LLM engineering: prompts, evals, agentic architectures. Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python. Experience automating end-to-end workflows — pipelines and integrations. Degree in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier program.
