Conduct customer research, ride-alongs, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities. Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery to launch; write PRDs and scope decisions. Define and track product KPIs; measure adoption and business impact. Improve a key platform metric within 6 months of hiring. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at senior level. Strong technical fluency — comfortable discussing system design and data models with engineers. Proven track record shipping products that move business metrics. Strong analytical skills; proficient in SQL or analytics tools and data-driven decisions.
