Senior Consultant, HR Advisory (Talent Pool)

📋 Description Client-facing role focusing on talent acquisition strategy and service design. Balance people, process, and technology in future-state operating models. Engage senior HR leaders to assess current-state processes and opportunities. Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design across TA services. Prepare executive-ready insights and recommendations for leaders.
