Senior Executive Officer (ADGM)

📋 Description Lead the regulated entity to meet strategic, operational, and commercial objectives. Oversee day-to-day management of the firm's regulated activities. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards. Establish a culture of compliance, risk management, and ethics. Lead senior management with clear accountability and performance. Liaise with FSRA on regulatory engagements and licensing. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field. At least 10 years of leadership in financial services or fintech. Proven experience leading regulated businesses and working with regulators/Boards.
