Senior Loan Growth Manager

📋 Description Scale loan ops end-to-end; own campaigns engine; lead a team. Own collateral listing/delisting with Risk; calibrate parameters via intel. Set quarterly campaign strategy; localize with regional teams. Orchestrate cross-functional execution: Product, Design, CRM. Own UAT for campaign logic (rates, LTV tiers, rewards, attribution). Measure and optimize: eFTD, borrowers, AUM, ARPU, CAC/ROI. 🎯 Requirements 5–8 years in crypto/fintech/exchange lending. Proven record shipping multi-team launches with rigorous UAT. Strong data skills: Excel/Sheets; SQL (BigQuery/MySQL); Looker/Metabase/Tableau. Solid lending mechanics: LTV, haircuts, liquidation, collateral valuation.
