Business Analyst

📋 Description Map and analyze business needs and processes for digital products and data-driven solutions. Create specifications for IT development projects (digital platforms and data features). Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to align requirements. Define KPIs, metrics, and reporting needs for performance monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Translate business needs into technical requirements (use cases, user stories). 🎯 Requirements Experience in IT Business Analyst role, preferably with data-driven projects. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Solid understanding of data concepts; familiarity with BI tools and data platforms. Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of modeling techniques (UML, BPMN) is an advantage. Fluency in Hungarian and at least intermediate English. 🎁 Benefits End-to-end delivery experience of digital products and services.
