ACH Operations Analyst

📋 Description Execute daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across systems and partners. Monitor end-to-end money movement to ensure accurate processing. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies with internal teams and banks. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reconciliation workflows. Manage merchant authorization processes with proper documentation and approvals. Support customer and merchant inquiries with timely, professional assistance. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or accounting. Proven experience with reconciliation, transaction balancing, and financial processes. Strong understanding of banking operations, electronic money movement, and payment processing. Familiarity with ACH networks and payment workflows. Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules and ACH compliance is preferred.
