📋 Description Support TRM’s GTM with commercial agreements (NDAs, amendments, customer agreements, SOWs). Review, draft, and negotiate vendor agreements; optimize procurement. Lead AI tool initiatives; improve legal workflows and reduce admin tasks. 🎯 Requirements Experience supporting a fast-paced sales function and cross-functional teams. Experience negotiating technical vendor and SaaS agreements; public sector proc a plus. Outstanding communicator; service-oriented, eager to learn, humble. Solution-oriented and client-friendly under tight deadlines. Executive presence to negotiate with vendors, outside counsel, and clients. 3-4 years at a top law firm or high-growth tech company.
