📋 Description Director Coverage: lead MAITE during Director's absences and schedule conflicts. Represent Director in technical meetings when unavailable; ensure outcomes. Build knowledge to step in on topics the Director handles. Co-own weekly MAITE Team Lead meeting; prepare agenda and track actions. Drive cross-functional improvement projects for MAITE (e.g., MES). 🎯 Requirements Technical depth in satellite systems, spacecraft integration, or AIT. 8+ years in aerospace, space systems, or high-reliability manufacturing. Proven experience managing projects from scoping to reporting. Strong facilitation and communication; lead engineers and leads. Exceptional organizational ability; proactive about gaps.
