📋 Description Lead regional Operations; define objectives and KPIs. Monitor productivity, quality, and customer service. Drive Lean-based process optimization for scalability. Manage large-scale transformation programs on time and budget. Oversee PMO governance and risk management practices. Lead automation and AI initiatives with IT/BT. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in operations/transformation leadership, ideally in financial services. Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs. Expertise in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, BPM. International matrix org experience; Banking/Insurance/PE background preferred. Data-driven mindset; leverage technology to drive outcomes; digital/automation/AI experience. Fluent in Polish and English; hands-on, results-oriented leadership.
