📋 Description Shape tech direction and architecture for enterprise agentic AI. Build and ship the portfolio; own CI/CD and production infra. Design for enterprise: multi-tenant isolation, secrets, RBAC, audit. Enable builders: templates, SDKs, sandboxes; developer experience. Partner across functions on data, workflows, and pipelines. Elevate engineering standards: testing, docs, on-call practices. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years software engineering with strong systems design. Hands-on with LLMs/agentic patterns: orchestration, memory, observability. Balance deterministic and non-deterministic workloads. Production experience with Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go. LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic), LangChain, CrewAI; vector DBs. Zero-to-one platform experience; regulated environments. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work arrangement with on-site 3 days/week.
