ERM Director

📋 Description Lead the establishment and ongoing enhancement of the group-wide ERM framework as second-line owner. Design risk governance structures, policies, and standards in line with COSO ERM and ISO 31000. Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification and monitoring, including taxonomy alignment. Interface with regulators and group risk teams to support regulatory readiness and risk mitigation. Report to the Global Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk; strengthen governance and risk appetite. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field. 12–15+ years in enterprise risk management, second-line, or regulatory risk in crypto/finance. Experience designing and operating ERM frameworks across multi-jurisdictional environments. Proven ability to engage regulators and senior management on enterprise risk matters.
