Events Senior Specialist, Tech Trade Shows

📋 Description Own end-to-end execution of large-scale technology trade shows from planning through post-event reporting. Manage vendors and fabricators, including booth buildouts, production, printing, and show services. Oversee venue coordination, food and beverage, and onsite logistics. Partner with marketing to align event execution with strategy and best practices. Manage registration builds and attendee tracking using Splash or similar platforms. Deliver post-event reporting and performance insights to marketing. 🎯 Requirements 5-7+ years’ end-to-end experience delivering large-scale tech trade shows. Strong vendor/fabricator management, including booth production. Advanced onsite event execution and operations management. Experience with Splash or similar registration platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Willingness to travel for events across NA.
