📋 Description Partner with Head of Clinical Development to develop and execute global project strategy. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain proactive communication. Design and manage integrated project plans from discovery to clinical. Coordinate activities across Biology, Chemistry, DMPK, In Vivo Pharmacology, Toxicology, CMC, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Biometrics, and more. Lead governance by facilitating team meetings, documenting decisions, and tracking action items. Champion AI-enabled tools and LLMs to improve planning, decision-making, and efficiency. 🎯 Requirements Advanced degree (MS, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent). PMP certification preferred. 8+ years in biotech/pharma with at least 3 years PM experience. Experience across discovery through clinical development (preclinical/CMC/IND). Influential without authority; builds trusted cross-functional relationships. Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and strategic planning skills. Thrives in fast-paced biotech with evolving priorities and ambiguity.
