Mentor leaders and drive cross-functional change. 🎯 Requirements Deep hands-on expertise in construction and design; fluent across commercial real estate. Exec-level ownership of a physical development or real estate platform. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across geographies. Strong financial and business acumen; understands unit economics and EBITDA. Proven ability to drive results in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions.
