📋 Description Lead a team of engineers on React Native mobile codebase. Migrate Enrollment to a mobile-first experience. Define Enrollment as a platform with APIs and guardrails. Manage a rigorous A/B program to improve enrollment. Establish CI/CD automated testing and performance monitoring. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering or equivalent. 3+ years leading a team of ~5 engineers. Strong React Native, mobile, or client-side background. Experience owning a major product surface end-to-end. Proven ability to design and interpret A/B experiments.
