📋 Description Perform CHO cell line development: transfection, cloning, characterization, and cell banking. Drive innovation by developing improved genetic components and host cell line engineering. Identify emerging practices for biologics cell line development and manufacturing. Represent the cell line development team on cross-functional projects, communicating results and plans. Represent Asimov externally, contributing to conferences, filing patents, and publishing manuscripts. Manage and mentor a team of 3+ scientists focused on CHO-based biologics CLD. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in CHO-based cell line development, expressing IgGs and bispecifics. PhD in Biological Engineering, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field. Creative problem solver who drives disruptive technology. Minimum 1 year experience managing direct report(s). Plus if you know vector optimization, CLD optimization, or automated high-throughput screening.
