📋 Description Analyze business requirements and translate into specs aligned with project objectives. Perform advanced data analysis, profiling, and validation across healthcare data. Develop source-to-target mappings and complex business rules for data transformations. Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, solution architects, and PMs to deliver solutions. Investigate and resolve data, reporting, workflow, and system issues across teams. Create and present data findings, recommendations, and design solutions to stakeholders. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a large US healthcare organization. 5+ years of data analysis and profiling in healthcare clinical/administrative data. 5+ years of source-to-target mappings and complex business rules. 5+ years of SDLC experience. 3+ years writing advanced SQL queries. 3+ years with relational databases and data warehouses. 🎁 Benefits Fully remote work opportunity.
