📋 Description Join HelloKindred's creative studio as a Mid-Level Motion Designer. Create motion graphics in After Effects for campaigns and explainers. Collaborate with designers, PMs, and leads on client work. Edit interviews, b-roll, and social cuts in Premiere Pro. Ensure on-brand pacing, typography, and transitions. Prepare assets for multiple formats (16:9, 9:16, 1:1). 🎯 Requirements 4–7 years of professional experience as a motion designer. Agency background or fast-paced creative environment. Portfolio with strong 2D motion work and editing. Experience with structured brand systems for global clients. Advanced proficiency in After Effects.
