📋 Description Own delivery of active North American projects across safety, quality, schedule and cost. Lead and grow the region's Project Delivery Managers and teams. Drive consistent execution standards with Volta function leaders. Manage senior relationships with GCs, consultants and vendors. Direct resource planning across concurrent builds, with right-site capability. Own regional reporting, risk management and escalation to leadership. Shape delivery strategy for new NA sites from planning to mobilisation. Embed lessons learned across the fleet so projects build faster and safer. 🎯 Requirements Significant data centre delivery experience, with multiple concurrent projects. A track record leading project managers and large multidisciplinary construction teams. Deep experience managing GCs and major works packages in live delivery environments. A safety-first leadership record on complex construction programmes. Strong commercial judgement across contracts, cost and change on major capital projects. Confident executive-level communication and reporting. Willingness to travel regularly across North American sites.
