📋 Description Requirements gathering and analysis; break down large requests into user stories. Design system and system integration based on requirements. Manage adjunct technical resources, including vendor deliverables. Apply Agile or agile-variant software development methodologies. Understand testing concepts and write test cases and test plans. Translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements. 🎯 Requirements Incident management experience, leading on- and off-hours ad hoc support teams. Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, and related methodologies. Experience building, writing, and executing test cases (JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, LoadRunner). Excellent communicator—verbal and technical writing across all levels. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Root cause analysis of systems and data issues.
